No templates. No one-size-fits-all workouts. Every program I build is written specifically for you — your schedule, your body, your life.
I'm Kayla — a NASM certified personal trainer, certified yoga instructor, nutrition coach, and mom of two small kids. My path here wasn't a straight line. When I found out I was pregnant, I had a very real fear: that my body would never be the same, that strength was something I'd have to give up, and that getting older would only make it worse.
So I did what I always do — I went deep. I studied, I trained, I tested everything on myself through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. What I discovered changed everything. Your body doesn't have to decline with age or motherhood — it can get stronger. I've experienced it firsthand, and I've spent the last five years helping other women experience it too.
That's the foundation Kayla Theory is built on. Not generic programs designed for an ideal version of your life, but a personalized approach that meets you exactly where you are — your schedule, your body, your history, your goals. I take the time to understand all of it before I write a single rep of your program.
Whether you're navigating postpartum recovery, juggling a full life with kids and a career, or simply ready to finally feel strong — I'm here, and I know how to get you there.
These options are fully personalized. The difference is in the level of access and how hands-on you want the coaching relationship to be.
The most hands-on experience I offer. We train together in person and I build your complete program around your schedule, goals, and history.
Fully personalized training and nutrition delivered through a coaching webapp — built around your body and adjusted each month based on your results.
A structured 6-week program with steep, purposeful progression. Everything in the Custom Online Plan — designed for women ready to commit and see real results fast.
The fitness app industry is built on volume — sell the same plan to a million people and call it personalization because you can pick your goal. That's not coaching.
Real personalization means knowing your training history, understanding your schedule constraints, accounting for the knee injury you mentioned, and adjusting next week's plan because this week was harder than expected.
That's what I do. That's what Kayla Theory has always been about.
Fill out my Goals & History Form — it helps me understand exactly who you are before I write a single rep of your program. The more detail you give, the better I can build something that actually works for your life.
